In the beginning, Wright Sullivan desired to give smaller manufacturers the engineering support they needed. And so A&E was born. Today, we have grown into a company that enjoys working with manufacturers of all sizes. We must move at the lightening speed of our customers' expectations and we have confidence in our suppliers and partners to deliver to these same expectations.

A&E has just one mission: to exceed expectations in all that we do. Sometimes this means weeks of travel, a brainstorming session at 2am, or an extra pot of coffee. We listen to clients in order to develop and deliver the best solution for them, making adjustments as necessary. Our can-do attitude takes us beyond developing and delivering and is what sets us apart from other integrators. Our clients rely on us for the most important things in life. This means relationships do not start with a purchase order and end with a bill. We're in this for the long haul and expect others are also.

Siemens, Schneider Electric and Invensys Wonderware have all selected A&E for membership in their elite-level solution partner program. Each of these suppliers selects only 25-30 integrators across North America, giving those powerhouse firms companywide access to deep training, enhanced support, and additional software benefits. In each case, integrators must pass rigorous qualifications, including skills testing and reference confirmation.
