Established in 1995, A&E Engineering, Inc. is a system integration and IT consulting firm focused on process control, improvement, and information management.

We have offices in Greenville, SC and Gaffney, SC, as well as a significant engineering staff in the Charlotte, NC region.

Our leadership includes licensed Professional Engineers who specialize in electrical, chemical and control systems engineering. These leaders are Microsoft certified professionals and several individuals hold masters degrees. All A&E personnel engage in continuous professional training and testing.

Our service capabilities encompass the full range of automation skills, including design, requirements definition, control system programming (DCS, PLC, HMI/SCADA, and MES), validation, testing, and startup. We provide extensive IT services for manufacturing. These include deploying real-time plant floor applications using technologies such as SAP, Oracle, MS SQL, ASP.Net, and Cognos.

Major automation suppliers have repeatedly recognized A&E Engineering for its deep systems knowledge and ability to ensure success on very large, complex, and fast-track projects.

Siemens, Schneider Electric and Invensys Wonderware have all selected A&E Engineering for membership in their elite-level partner program. Each of these suppliers selects only 25-30 integrators across North America, giving those powerhouse firms companywide access to deep training, enhanced support, and additional software benefits. In each case, integrators must pass rigorous qualifications, including skills testing and reference confirmation.

In addition to these three major automation suppliers, Rockwell Automation has also repeatedly chosen A&E Engineering to deliver key portions of their critical projects, including manufacturing automation, SAP integration, and ASRS (automatic storage and retrieval systems).
